After bouncing around on registrars for years, trying to find the right
deal and navigating all their hacky solutions, I moved everything to
Cloudflare. $10/domain/year and their base tier of services (DNS and
CDN) are free. The web UI is acceptable if you don't need to manage more
than a couple dozen RRs (haven't looked into API.)
