IndyPL Glendale branch change

The IndyIPL has made progress on the replacement of the Glendale branch 
that is currently in the remnants of the former mall. You can read more 
on their web-site, which includes options for providing feedback:

> IndyPL is excited to announce that we have secured land for a new Glendale Library for 2022, and we are seeking community input before designing the new space. If you are a Glendale patron, please complete our survey by October 20.

> At our August board of trustees meeting, board members officially approved the purchase of 5.7 acres of property at the former John Strange Elementary School, located on 62nd Street near Olney Street for construction of a new Glendale Branch. This move will make the location more accessible for patrons, most importantly by getting the library out of the Glendale Shopping Center and into its own standalone building.
