Overzealous spam blocklists

It looks like a list created by the company that runs linux.org:

Reading their description, the list purposely includes "Server farms,
colocations, other collections of systems" so my IP address was
"legitimately" included since it falls in one of their categories but
their list is definitely overzealous.  The addresses for my IP addresses
(other than my cable modem) don't appear in other, more sane blocklists.
I checked http://www.moensted.dk/spam/ which queries hundreds of
blocklists and I only appeared in two lists (both of which categorize IP
addresses by country)
