August 10 ~ 4:30-6:00 p.m. ~ Intech Park Conference Center

What is happening with Linux and Open Source Software in business? Come
listen and join in a roundtable discussion of "What it is, Who's using
it, Who's selling it, Why it's gaining momentum..." Panelists will
include:

- Andrew Lumsdaine, Director of IU's Open Systems Lab.
- Kim Brand, of Computer Experts, a local pioneer in selling Open Source
  solutions.
- Garth Dickey, of Progeny, a company that builds Open Source platforms 
  for OEMs.

This event will serve to kickoff a new TechPoint peer group focused on
Open Source Software in business, which will bring together users and
learners who want to understand how Open Source Software solutions are
being adopted and embraced by business. Find out what Open Source really
means to your business at TechPoint's Tech Tuesday, 4:30 p.m., August
10, at the Intech Park Conference Center.

Tech Tuesday attendees should come away with a better understanding of
where Open Source came from, where it's going, how it can be used to
grow your company - or why you should avoid it completely. Information
about the formation of TechPoint's new Open Source Peer Group will also
be discussed.

TechPoint Tech Tuesdays are presented by IQuest Internet, LLC and hosted
by Lauth Property Group at the Intech Park Conference Center. TechPoint
members attend at no charge, and nonmembers may attend for $15.

Street Exit on the northwest side of Indianapolis.  Turn west onto 71st
Street.  Turn left at the light for Intech Boulevard.  Follow the
roundabout to Digital Way.  The Conference Center is located in the
first building to your right, Intech One, on the first floor.
