Made for beginners. Has a software store.)

Ubuntu (My daily driver. Lots of built-in apps and is super flexible and configurable, but is better if you are a little more than a novice Windows user. No need to apologize. Welcome to the discussion!
That's fine. I'd like to see Lubuntu and how it is different than Ubuntu -- especially since it is aimed at older computers. Thank you!
Originally I was thinking that I'd bring in a server with the Fedora and Ubuntu repositories loaded on it so any installs we did would be local installs -- i.e. not going over Moser's wireless out through the Internet. But with our focus changing to just helping any newbies with running a live-USB or live-CD distro and *just showing* the full installation, I am no longer going to bring in a server.

So unless Lubuntu installs drastically different than Ubuntu, I'd say you are good to just bring in a pre-installed machine.

Thank you again, Chandler! We're looking forward to what you have to contribute!
