Great discussions at the meeting Wednesday night. Unfortunately, our
speaker Grimm was unable to join remotely due to weather related internet
outages so we will reschedule that topic. But we made the best of it and
had some great discussions related to PQC, new mandates regarding the sale
and manufacturing of network routers, age requirements on operating
systems, and much more!

As promised, here are some of the links to topics I raised. I'm hoping we
can have some of the Fedora local AI topics at a future presentation.

Brian Smith has been posting many videos about the new Command Line
Assistant with is an AI tools that can optionally be used with Fedora,
RHEL, and probably other linux distros. Most recently, he posted some great
use case scenarios and discusses Goose being added as an opensource chat
client option that can be paired with RamaLama to give you local AI
capabilities without uploading or sharing any data. It is not about AI
taking over your system autonomously, but rather about AI assistance to
help you with troubleshooting like log analysis, and quickly figuring out
how to get things done.
