Adding CINLUG as a support resource for the End of 10 campaign

Ahoy comrades,
The End of 10 campaign (endof10.org) seeks to help users fight back against the planned obsolescence of Windows 10 reaching its end of life later this year. Lots of these machines won't have a migration path to Windows 11, so this community effort to help users upgrade to free/libre GNU/Linux operating systems is an excellent opportunity for us to take the stage and show how we can help. Many stakeholders like The Debian Project, GNOME, KDE, and the Software Freedom Conservancy are endorsing this initiative as well. See the synopsis:
> If you bought your computer after 2010, there's most likely no reason to throw it out. By just installing an up-to-date Linux operating system you can keep using it for years to come.
> Installing an operating system may sound difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. With any luck, there are people in your area ready to help!

This last part is where we can come in! To steer users to wholesome local helpers they keep a directory of Linux users' groups, repair cafés, and other places that volunteer to help users to identify their needs, get up and running with a distro, and empower users to do as they please forever after. I want to be a part of this and CINLUG is the perfect hub for that.

While I'm not on the board and don't have any formal authority to speak for CINLUG, I think most or all of us agree that it'd be nice for CINLUG to be so listed. If anyone objects please speak up now. Otherwise I plan to send a merge request in the coming days to help fellow Hoosiers find their way to us.

Thanks,
John
