FLOSS video conferencing

I know we've been experimenting with Jitsi. I just got off a meeting with
another FLOSS organization and that meeting was held via BigBlueButton
https://bigbluebutton.org/ - the org was able to self host BBB. Looking at
their website it looks like it's designed for online courses but it could
be another option if Jitsi ends up being troublesome.
