If they type set at a command prompt is HOMEDRIVE set?

http://www.gl.umbc.edu/env/gamma/sgi_65/tkcvs/tkcvs_n.html seems to suggest that setting the cvsroot in the .tkcvs file would override $CVSROOT for tkcvs:

set cvscfg(cvsroot) CVSROOTVALUE

I'd imagine ~/.tkcvs would be $HOMEDRIVE/.tkcvs but I don't have a CVS repo to test against.
