truecrypt topic suggestion

I have not used LUKS or TrueCrypt for full-disk encryption.
I have only used TrueCrypt for one-off encryption requests - people who need help encrypting some files for sending outside the company.

This use of TrueCrypt containers protects the data "in motion" - but does not protect the data "at rest" - as full-disk encryption does.
It's difficult to ensure that the recipient of your data will treat it with the same respect and care that you (as the creator/maintainer of the data) will do.

Red Hat's Andrew Dingman just gave a talk on Linux Unified Key Setup (LUKS) back in November. Although the LUKS & TrueCrypt are similar `products`, I see that LUKS doesn't have some of the features that TrueCrypt has. Conversely, TrueCrypt doesn't have some of the features that LUKS has -- like being built-in to the installer for most GNU/Linux distributions. (Right?)
I would be interested in hearing a talk on TrueCrypt, especially if it was compared with LUKS and if setting it up on a new system was demonstrated.
