[CINLUG] User participation

OK, I'm going to post this here so I can show why lists are easier than
forums (each are good, but mail is nicer since people tend to check their
mail more often than people remember to look at forums).  Later we can all
show each other our assholes too.

Anyway,

I think what could be a good first step to get people interested is
listing cinlug here

When I moved to Indy a few years back, I had no idea cinlug existed until
I started working with Michael (I've not attended a meeting yet, I was
planning to go on Oct 6 but something came up, the next one).  It could
also be wise to get the meetings listed in NUVO (www.nuvo.net), it's free
to list an event in their calendar and I know there's a lot of
distribution.

As for the current members, if there's not been a great deal of interest
up to this point, then something has to change, perhaps this list will
help.
