Come hear how Performance Co-Pilot[1] can help you analyze system performance at the next Central INdiana Linux User Group (CINLUG) meeting to solve this annoying problem!

Bernie Hoefer[2] will talk about PCP's extendable architecture and how it can collect metrics across many "domains", like CPUs, memory and disks -- but also software like Apache and MySQL.  Because PCP is extendable, 3rd party hardware & software developers have made domain agents for PCP to gather metrics from their products.  With all these metrics, one can analyze systems' performances in real-time or using historical data.  Since the major GNU/Linux distributions all include PCP in their repositories, it is easy to install and use!

The meeting will begin at 18:30 (6:30 PM) EST on Wednesday, March 5th.

CINLUG thanks Moser Consulting[3] for hosting our meetings at their facility[4].  (There will be a phone number at the entrance to call to be let into the building.)   The meeting will be simultaneously broadcast over this Jitsi Meet URL[5] for those who cannot attend in person.  (Though in-person attendance is encouraged.)

CINLUG meetings are the 1st Wednesday of every month.  Please be sure to block that night off in your calendar to keep it available!  Bazzite -- "the next generation of Linux gaming" -- is tentatively scheduled to be April's topic.
