[Announce] January 8, 2020 CINLUG General Meeting

The January meeting of CINLUG, the Central Indiana Linux Users' Group,
is scheduled for 6:00PM on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. The meeting is
being held at the Glendale Mall branch of the Indianapolis Public
Library (IndyPL) - 6101 N. Keystone Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46220.

Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting. Michael Schultheiss will be
giving a presentation on modern e-mail. Due to the exorbitant amount of
spam, numerous anti-spam techniques have been introduced. Mr. Schultheiss
will discuss some of the techniques utilized to help with e-mail
deliverability.
Next month, CINLUG will hold elections for its Board of Directors. If
you're interested in serving on the CINLUG board, please let us know.

With the exception of January, 2020 CINLUG meetings are held on the first
Wednesday of each month They start at 6:00pm and the presentations usually
last about 1 - 1.5
hours. The meeting is usually followed by an open discusion for any
questions you may have about anything.
Annual dues are $30, collected each February and prorated biannually.
Paid membership is _not_ required for attendance, but are encouraged to
help with funding events and expenses. For more information on the

your convenience. Cash and checks are also accepted at meetings.
