The March meeting of CINLUG, the Central Indiana Linux Users' Group,
is scheduled for 7PM on Wednesday, March 2, 2005. The meeting is being
held at EDS (9795 Crosspoint Blvd, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN
46256-3348).

( Directions can be found at
http://www.cinlug.org/info/directions_eds_html )

Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting. There will be door prizes and
a presentation by Dave Brown on Cygwin, a Linux-like environment for
Windows. For more information on Cygwin, visit http://www.cygwin.com

The March CINLUG meeting is the Annual Meeting of CINLUG, Inc. The
Annual Meeting includes the election of the next CINLUG Board of
Directors. Five of the current board members have expressed interest in
continuing on the Board of Directors. We are currently looking for one
or two people to join the Board - if you are interested in volunteering,
please post a message in our forums at
http://www.cinlug.org/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=139

For more information about the CINLUG Board of Directors, refer to
Article III in the CINLUG Bylaws, available at
http://www.cinlug.org/about/bylaws_html The Annual Meeting usually
features the collection of annual dues for CINLUG Membership. Since
CINLUG's annual expenses are currently very low, the Board of Directors
has decided to switch to accepting donations rather collecting dues.

The meeting agenda includes:

Call to order
Summary of the board meeting minutes
Discussion of upcoming events
Presentation by Dave Brown on Cygwin
Election of the next CINLUG Board of Directors
Door Prizes drawing
Discussion time
Close of meeting
